The emerging scenario of developing economy and merging globalization processes have created a huge market potential for various sectors. India is fast becoming global hub for professional and skilled man power. This has resulted in large demand for professionals and to meet the same we need to have a large number of professional Institutions supported by competent faculty. The faculty attrition has become a major concern for the most of the professional colleges. The unavailability of quality faculty has adversely affected the quality of professional education.
